Thanks to everyone who checks this page regularly and helps with any urgent issues. Most urgent issues can be avoided by remembering important things to keep all of our furry friends safe:
ALWAYS have your pets collar and tags (with current information) on your pet! They can dart out the door, break a leash etc... and be gone before you know it. This is the only way neighbors can help get them back home safe and sound.
If your pet is an escape artist please do your best to find their escape routes and keep them in your backyard. With an increase in traffic, anything can happen to your furry baby!
If you have a large or strong dog PLEASE only allow someone fully capable of controlling them to walk them! If you (or your child) can not fully control your dog you are risking your pets wellbeing as well as your neighbors pets, children, etc... No one wants to believe our dog could attack another animal or a human - but as seen repeatedly in the media recently - we can not always know what an animal may do or why they may do it! |

ROAMING DOGS ALERT -We continue to get reports of packs of dogs/coyotes roaming at night. They have killed several neighborhood cats! We recommend you keep all your pets inside, especially at night as this is when the dogs are seen out hunting. Keep all pet food put away as they are obviously hungry and looking for any food source. Make sure gates are shut and latched. If you seen this pack of dogs - please contact animal control immediately so we can try to get them out here to round them up.
